Finally, 1 camp down, 2 more to go!
Everything's red cross camps.
Camp gem was great,
did learn things,
and yeap, although there was
communication break down and sort of things,
glad that the camp still went as per normal,
and its good to see the campers smiling.
Glad to see some cadets grow along the way
and open up through many patience talking to them
Kenneth is one, am glad he dance the performance,
and make te effort to jot down notes every rehearsal on it.
There are many others too.
Campfire was great,
though I was a judge,
I think the fireball part was
much more nicer?
I mean, its rare that we get
to learn such things.
Fell sick again.
During CS2 was not feeling very well,
not everyone was very approachable.
Just have to stick with it.
My whole week was simply
red cross.
Next camp coming up is
ULP camp. I think I did more planning
in this than in red cross camp gem.
I was hardly part of the planning despite
asking them quite alot of times,
oh break camp already anyway.
But being part of planning for ulp is busy indeed.
the amount of stress piling up,
the uncompleted homework,
the many commitments.
But i guess I did learnt alot of what
is expected in a proposal,
and am able to bring back many things
with me in my little blue ulp book!
I got 3 full days free to myself only,
and yeap, no taking away that day from me.
I really need a rest to be
fully prepared for the next.
Tomorrow going for a prehike
from mount faber to kent ridge park,
and yes, all the way,
I can do it!
Fear shall not overcome me,
to lead and to serve,
Warmest regards,
Lauraa
* OH yeah! I tried contacts,
funny, So hard to put them on,
maybe i shant do one anymore!
okay, ma'am said I protray myself
as a professional, cold, quiet, business lady like.
I must break the ice.
Finally a smile in my post,
so not use to having to smile
when things are serious now! ;D
